Son to Susanna: The Private Life of John Wesley by G. Elsie Harrison
rating: 3 of 5 stars
This book gave me an indepth look at the life of John Wesley and even Charles and Susanna Wesley as well. I've always heard those names tossed about or quoted in other books and for the first time I saw a glimpse of who they really were. This book was interesting to read, especially about 2/3 of the way through when we first met Grace Murray. While I learned a lot about his life, it was a more difficult read for this day in age. However, for the avid reader it is a worthwhile way to spend your time - if even just to remind your very self of the easy life most of us lead even in our hard times.
