MY REVIEW:

It's cute, it's catchy, and it's oh so appropriate for young children. *ahem* And maybe for Mom and Dad, too!

The story is short and oh so sweet with lovable characters and charming rhymes. The concept of patience is simply explained in a way that one to five-year-olds can easily grasp, but also that some older children will enjoy, too. And the whole story lends itself easily to dramatizing it with your voice as Remy goes through many emotions.

The illustrations are adorable and it's quite fun to look at the expressions on the animals faces through out the book. The whole story makes a wonderful read with your children that is more than just entertaining.

I highly recommend this book to anyone with younger kids, but especially to those with toddler age and/or pre-school age.

What drew me to this book is the illustrations! Margaret Spengler is an amazing illustrator! The story is cute, too, as Little Loon learns to dive. This book provides a cute story, lots of lovable animals, and adorable pictures to make a simple and quick read for young children and toddlers.

Can You Cuddle Like a Koala? is an adorable bedtime story that will help get the wiggles out and encourage the cuddles before you tuck in your kids for the night. I enjoy the simple story with the simple interactions and the sweet ending. The parents will enjoy this fun book just as much as the children!

This little Kangaroo doesn't want his breakfast. He then goes out to play and finds that a monster is following him! He tries to tell his friends about the monster, but they are busy eating. As you may have guessed, the monster is his belly that is rumbling because it's hungry!

I enjoyed this simple little book because of it's healthy eating lesson and because it was fun to watch my older two pick up on what the monster was before we got to the end. This is a cute book for toddlers and even some older children with younger siblings will enjoy it as well.

The table of contents is organized easy to use to find a list you need for the current moment. The only thing I wish it had was an index of topic or items. However, I feel that you can still search well enough to make it a user-friendly book.

This book is perfect for a mother-to-be, new mom, or a "second family" mom. It also is a great resource for any mom with children from 0 to 4 years of age.

This delightful little book also includes stickers for kids to use or collect in a sticker book. It's meant for preschool age kids, but can be fun for early elementary, too.

Every child is curious about farm animals and this is a good one for toddler and preschoolers to younger elementary ages. In real life pictures and simple words, this book shows you the life of a chicken from egg to 8 weeks old. The real life stickers included make a great fun activity for your kids, also!

From a newborn piglet to a one-and-a-half-year-old Mama pig, this simple children's book shows kids the life of a pig in real pictures. It is fun to read and fun to look at the pictures. And kids love the stickers that come with it, too!

Who doesn't like to look at cute pictures of puppies?! Your kids will read and read and read some more when they get their hands on this adorable, yet simple book for kids. This cute and colorfully illustrated book which is written in rhyme is a charming short story for little children to enjoy. It is a good book for the children who love farm stories or for those who want to introduce their children to farm animals.

Thomas Nelson has created a children's Bible that has over 200 Bible accounts written in story format based on the International Children's Bible. The illustrations are bright and attention capturing while remaining accurate to Bible times.

Each Bible account/story includes a title, the passage it is taken from, easy-to-read text, and a thought provoking question at the end. I like the format and really have enjoyed using the questions to start good conversations with my 4 and 6-year-olds.

While, I personally would not use that as a Bible for my child, we do enjoy using it as a devotional book or for general reading. It is a good way to read Bible stories to young children ages 1 to 6.

Several years ago I read through the first Devotions for Preschoolers and enjoyed it with my two daughters. And now with my son I am once again blessed by this simple book written for little ears and eyes.

Each page holds a dated entry for you to read as a devotional for your preschooler. A title and verse are followed by a short devotional thought and explanation that even a two year old can begin to grasp.

The adorable illustrations will have your attention captured along with your child's as they bring to life the words on the page.

At the bottom of each page is short sentence that sums it all up that you can use to remind your child through out the day of what they learned earlier.

My preschooler, Micah who is 2 & 1/2 as I write this review, loves this book and begs me to read it to him. He doesn't want to stop with just one day...he wants more! It's a book that we love to snuggle up with and spend talking in child terms about Biblical things.
