This is one of my all time favorite kids books. It's fun to read and fun to listen to! While it's pure silliness, it is great for teaching children about rhymes. My 1st grade daughter loves reading this book aloud and it is great practice for sounding out words. Wocket In My Pocket engages a child's imagination and invokes pretending since most everything is made up in this story. I give it 4 stars for it's wholesome entertainment and high educational value.
