Booking Through Thursday - Illustrations

I am joining up with this fun book meme this week and today’s question is:

How do you feel about illustrations in your books? Graphs? Photos? Sketches?

My answer is…

I like them.  Especially when the author is trying to explain something.  I usually “get it” much quicker when I can see it.  However, if I’m reading a novel or just easy-reading, I really don’t care.  But if it’s a real life story like Mistaken Identity, I really like seeing pictures of what they look like and all the people in the story.
